1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SAGE™ ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Beta Software Disclaimer

SAGE™ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AS BETA SOFTWARE.

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies
• Service availability is not guaranteed; downtime and maintenance may occur without notice
• Data loss is possible; no backup guarantees are provided
• Features may change, be modified, or be removed without prior notice
• Belle Creata LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose

3. No Professional Advice

SAGE™ IS A KNOWLEDGE BASE SUPPORT SYSTEM, NOT A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION SERVICE.

• Information provided by SAGE™ should not be considered professional, legal, technical, or business advice
• SAGE™ provides general information based on its knowledge base and user-provided context
• There is no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information provided
• Always consult qualified professionals for specific guidance related to your business decisions
• You assume ALL risk when implementing any recommendations or suggestions from SAGE™

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Belle Creata LLC and SAGE™ shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses
• Belle Creata LLC is not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from implementing SAGE™ recommendations
• You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk

5. Trial Terms

Your access to SAGE™ is provided under the following conditions:

• Weekly Limit: Maximum of 20 queries per week (resets Monday)
• Usage: For personal business use only
• Belle Creata LLC reserves the right to modify access limits at its sole discretion
• Feedback: Users are encouraged to provide feedback to help improve SAGE™

6. Termination

• Belle Creata LLC may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for terminated access
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked

7. Intellectual Property

• SAGE™ is proprietary software owned exclusively by Belle Creata LLC
• The SAGE™ name, logo, and all associated content are trademarks of Belle Creata LLC
• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of SAGE™
• You retain ownership of any original content you provide as input to SAGE™

8. Privacy and Data

• User data is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy
• Belle Creata LLC may use anonymized and aggregated data for system improvements and analytics
• Conversations may be reviewed for quality assurance and service improvement purposes
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Belle Creata LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

Belle Creata LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
